Pretty Girls with Passion was born from a simple but powerful belief: true beauty is not found in appearances, but in lives that serve others with compassion and purpose. Guided by Proverbs 31:30 — “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised” and 1 Peter 3:3–4 “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment… but the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight” — our movement is redefining beauty as something that lasts forever: service, dignity, and love in action.

Our mission is to empower individuals, restore dignity, and uplift communities through initiatives that embody the unfading beauty of compassion, service, and purpose that endures.
We live this out through grassroots programs like The Pretty Kind Project, Wigs for Warriors, Youth Hair Empowerment, and Prep for Success. Each initiative is built to restore confidence, provide second chances, and remind people that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

Pretty Girls with Passion was founded by Kayla Jones, whose life has been shaped by resilience, faith, and a calling to advocate for others. From overcoming adversity in her own life to mentoring youth, Kayla has always believed in the power of compassion to restore hope and open doors.
Her journey reflects the truth that beauty is not fleeting, it’s found in service, kindness, and a spirit that endures. With a heart rooted in prayer and a passion for justice, she created Pretty Girls with Passion to prove that dignity is beautiful, and compassion can be carried everywhere.

We exist to break the myth of the “pretty mean girl” and replace it with a new standard: women who lead with passion, faith, and compassion for the world around them. In every every act of service, we are carrying forward the message that beauty in service creates purpose that endures.
